Gabriella is the founder of Tattoo Honey, and has been serving her community through tattooing since 2018.

Born a Georgia peach, Gabi is a lifelong artist with a background in oil painting, illustration, and art history. It didn’t take long for her become enamored with the craft of tattooing, both with its sacred history and transformative power. Once her tattoo career took off, Gabi found herself traveling all along the east coast before settling with her partner in Raleigh, NC.

Her favorite tattoos to make are traditionally inspired or ornamental in design, enjoying bolder lines and both color and black & grey. More than anything, Gabi loves connecting with her clients and creating adornments to express their spirit.

When she’s not tattooing, you can usually find Gabi reading outside, getting in touch with nature, or relaxing at home with her partner Joel and their three fur babies :)

Apryl was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She received her first tattoo at the age of 12 and that sparked her initial interest in tattooing.

After hanging around the local tattoo shop with her mom through her teens, Apryl was given the opportunity to apprentice at that shop with the owner Jenny Z. After 3 years under Jenny’s wing, Apryl then went out on her own and traveled to various cities and countries to tattoo. Apryl has worked with some amazing artists in her 20+ year career and has learned something unique from them all.

She specializes in anything bold and colorful, cute, spooky, floral, pet portraits and cartoon style but is also versatile enough to do black and grey, script and some fine-line.

When Apryl is not tattooing, you can most likely find her cooking plant based goodies, or watching 80’s/90’s movies or cartoons with her hairless kitty Dexter.
